They do different jobs. PPF is a physical film that stops rock chips and scratches. Ceramic coating is a thin, hard layer that adds gloss and makes the car easy to clean, but it won't stop a rock chip. Many customers do both: PPF on the front end, then ceramic coating over the whole car, including the film.
XPEL Ultimate Plus comes with a 10-year manufacturer warranty against yellowing, cracking, peeling and bubbling. With normal care it often lasts well beyond that.
No. XPEL Prime XR Plus is a non-metal ceramic film, so it won't block cell, GPS, radio or toll-tag signals.
